Deployment should never be considered the close of a web project. We support all our work product at whatever level our clients require. This can range from provision of a full range of support services, to detailed knowledge transfer and training of our clients’ in-house resources.

It is important to note, as well, that truly effective support does not begin at deployment – it requires excellent planning and should be integrated into the development process, to ensure a smooth transition to day-to-day operations. Reporting, in particular, requires careful preparation and coordination: management goals must be translated into appropriate metrics during the planning phase, so that projects can be developed which capture the data necessary to support those metrics. Additionally, data must be provided in useful and appropriate formats that can be manipulated with our custom-built administrative tools, or integrated smoothly with third-party reporting software.
