System Solution Specification: Details the technical dimension of the solution, and includes the following items:
Requirements, including version features, entities and relationships, and performance / dimensioning requirements
Solution Overview, including high-level architecture and external interfaces
Technical description of subsystems and components
Build organization, including code organization, standards etc.
